Who can shop at Royal Imports?

Royal Imports is a wholesale-only supplier. To place an order, you must have a valid Tax ID and an approved wholesale account.

How do I request a wholesale account?

Click Request an Account at the top of the page and complete the application form. Our team will review your information and respond within 1–2 business days. You may be asked to provide proof of a business license or resale certificate.

Orders & Minimums

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. Our standard minimum order is $750. Certain product categories may also have item-specific minimums, such as case packs or bundle quantities, which are clearly noted on each product page.

Can I place a custom or special order?

Yes. We accommodate custom orders for large quantities, private labeling, and seasonal collections. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs and timelines.

Can I view prices without logging in?

No. Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved account holders after logging in. This helps keep our pricing exclusive to our trade partners.

How do I pay for my order?

After checkout, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card for the subtotal amount. Your card will not be charged until freight charges are finalized and your order ships. You will receive an order confirmation within 1-2 business days. For billing questions, please contact our Accounts Receivable team at ar@royalimports.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Does Royal Imports ship glass?

Yes. Glass products are shipped via LTL freight on pallets. Poly-foam packed items may also be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please note that glass items not packed in poly-foam cannot be shipped through parcel carriers.

Where does Royal Imports ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. For freight shipments within the continental US, we offer full logistics support. If you're located outside these regions, reach out to our team to check product availability and shipping options for your area. Please be aware that international customs clearance and import logistics are not services we provide.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within 7 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Please contact our sales team for expedited shipping options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an invoice containing your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, please contact our sales team.

Do you offer drop-ship?

Yes, we offer drop shipping services. A $750 minimum order requirement applies.

Returns & Product Questions

What happens if an item is unavailable?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll place it on backorder and ship it as soon as inventory becomes available. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I update or cancel a backorder?

Yes. You may change or cancel a backorder at any time by contacting our sales team.

How long does a backorder remain active?

Backorders remain active until they are fulfilled. If the timeline changes or we’re unable to provide a reliable estimated arrival date, our team will contact you to review your options.

Where can I find your full product catalog?

Our digital catalog is available from the Catalog page in the main navigation. Printed catalogs are also available upon request and can be mailed directly to your business address.

What is your return policy?

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If there's an issue, reach out within 15 days of delivery and our team will be happy to help. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items will be resolved promptly, and if your needs have changed, eligible returns are accepted (a 15% restocking fee may apply).
